CHALLENGE

Like doctors and lawyers, financial planners are a dime a dozen. Pathlight Investors, a newly launched Phoenix-based investment advisory firm, came to Rainmaker Integrated to develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy to help them gain awareness for the new company.

PLAN OF ATTACK

Our goal was to establish the firm’s financial planners as educated wealth managers and experts in the local investment advisor industry, as well as help educate media and potential investors about industry best practices, investment trends and the do’s and don’ts of financial planning. By implementing an innovative public relations campaign, along with a social media and email marketing strategy, we were able to make the Pathlight Investors brand, top of mind with media and Phoenix-area investors.

RESULTS

During the two years we worked with Pathlight Investors, we secured a multitude of media coverage including; The Phoenix Business Journal, Arizona Business Magazine, Arizona Republic, and local ABC, NBC and Fox affiliates. Pathlight Investors is now a go-to resource for the local media on a variety of investment topics. The firm has a steadfast following on Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as a robust email database that they use to reach potential clients on a regular basis.
