Jackie Wright, President & Chief Strategist

With almost 20 years of experience in communications, Jackie oversees all aspects of marketing, public relations and advertising for Rainmaker clients. Her industry experience includes work with several local agencies and major corporations, including General Motors, Macy’s Department Stores, Best Western International Hotels, Barclay Communications, Crammer-Krasselt Public Relations and Off Madison Ave. Jackie is a member of the Phoenix chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the American Marketing Association (AMA) and is the 2015/2016 past president of the Arizona Interactive Marketing Association (AZIMA). As a Midwest native, Jackie holds a BA in Communications from Kent State University. She currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, son and spunky schnauzer, Macy Doolittle.
Keeley Ast, Senior Public Relations Consultant

As the newest member of the Rainmaker Integrated team, Keeley Ast brings more than 25 years of public relations experience with her. A Texas native, Keeley has worked with a multitude of luxury resorts, retail establishments, travel associations and restaurants.
Prior to joining the Rainmaker team as a senior PR consultant, Keeley was the in-house PR Director for the AAA Five-Diamond Award winning Four Seasons Inn on the Park in Houston, Texas. With strengths in strategic planning, writing and coordination of marketing and public relations, she has represented a number of hospitality brands including; The Scottsdale Princess, The Royal Palms Resort & Spa, The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, The Saguaro Scottsdale Hotel, Eddie V’s Restaurant Group and the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Phoenix.
Gretchen Lehman, Director of Digital Marketing
As Rainmaker’s lead Digital Marketing Strategist, Gretchen is relentless when it comes to creating unique strategies, acquiring and applying data and providing results.
A consummate professional, Gretchen thrives on leveraging the latest in digital marketing strategies to drive ROI for all of our clients. Her career spans more than eighteen years in the marketing industry, beginning her career within the hospitality sector.
She then went on to work as a graphic designer specializing in web design and branding for SMBs and funded startups. She has helped several key clients almost double revenue within the first year of launching their new website and many of her startup projects have been sold at a significant profit.
Gretchen has earned a number of digital marketing certifications, including; Hubspot Sales Software, Customer Acquisition Specialist, and Customer Value Optimization Specialist. She most recently completed a certification by Cornell University in the Psychology of Leadership.
Gretchen holds a bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is a native of Michigan and currently splits her time between Phoenix, AZ & Denver, CO, where she lives with her two daughters and her trusty studio dog, Corduroy.
Steve Bast, Senior Marketing Research Consultant
The founder of Nucleus Marketing Lab, Steve lives by the simple creed that perception precedes persuasion. He has experience in marketing from various viewpoints, including at an advertising agency, as a client and as an academic. Steve and his team provide marketing intelligence and consumer-research services in product development to shape the customer experience, brand position, competitive intelligence and concept testing.
Chris Sietsema, Senior Digital Marketing Consultant
Boasting more than a decade of experience in search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing and online analytics, Chris has worked with clients such as University of Phoenix, Avnet, Pulte Homes, Barrow Neurological Institute, Caterpillar and Toyota. His goal is to help clients navigate through the sometimes-confusing Internet marketing landscape by identifying solutions for online communications and marketing challenges.
Amanda Collins, Content Marketing Consultant
Amanda stumbled into marketing in 2000 and never looked back. Her passion is working with small businesses to identify their voice and help them craft content marketing that resonates with their target markets. She writes for both online and offline venues and loves challenging clients to think outside their box to generate even bigger returns.
Amie Sassman, Creative Consultant
Amie builds creative concepts and websites with a goal to incorporate an integrated marketing approach. That may include a logo, business systems, marketing materials, or even promotional emails. Her focus is creating unique creative concepts and providing Rainmaker clients with the collateral to set their brand apart.
